RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase (in-store purchases) or date of delivery (online orders).

• Returns are issued as a gift card only.
• Items must be unworn, unaltered, and have all original and return tags attached.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of wear.
• Returns can be made in store or by mail through our returns portal here.
• FOR CANADIAN ORDERS ONLY: A $8 restocking fee will be deducted from the gift card total, but is waived for in-store exchanges.
  
• Orders cannot be cancelled.
• Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Gift cards are valid online and in store and never expire.
• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
