IN-STORE RETURN POLICY:

Returns are accepted within 7 days from date of purchase.

  • Returns are issued as a gift card or exchange only.
  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and have all original and return tags attached.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of wear.
  • Gift cards are valid online and in store and never expire.

ITEMS IN OUR "PRICE DROP" TAB ARE FINAL SALE, NO EXCEPTIONS.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY:

Returns are accepted within 14 days from date of delivery for online orders.

  • Returns are issued as a gift card only.
  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and have all original and return tags attached.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of wear.
  • Returns can be made in store or by mail. 
  • FOR CANADIAN ORDERS ONLY: A $8 restocking fee will be deducted from the gift card total, but is waived for in-store exchanges.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Gift cards are valid online and in store and never expire.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable. 

Return via mail instructions: Please mail your return to the address below. Please include your name and order number inside the return. Please note that we are NOT responsible for lost or damaged returns and recommend using a trackable service.
