CANADIAN ORDERS:

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ALL CANADIAN ORDERS. Orders ship from Ontario and are DUTY AND IMPORT FEE FREE.

Standard Shipping (free, no minimum required):

  • Local: 1–3 business days
  • Regional: 3–6 business days
  • National: 4–10 business days

Express Shipping ($10 fee at checkout):

  • Local/Regional: 1 business day
  • National: 2 business days

Orders require 1 business day processing (we aim to ship same day when possible).
PRICE DROP items may take longer to process.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping times are non-guaranteed estimates for major urban centres and may be affected by volume, weather, or distance.

Orders can also be picked up from our Richmond Hill boutique during business hours, when a pick-up notification e-mail has been sent to customer indicating the order is ready for pick-up. For most accurate business hours, please refer to our INSTAGRAM page.

U.S.A ORDERS:

Standard Shipping ($10 flat fee):

  • 4–10 business days

Express Shipping ($25 flat fee):

  • 2–4 business days

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Orders shipped to U.S.A. may be charged duty and import fees, which is 100% the responsibility of the customer. If an order is refused and returned back, the return amount will go back on a gift card as per our return policy.

  • 6–10 business days (please note that these are estimated time frames and depend on the country being shipped to). 
  • Express shipping for international orders are not available at this time
